Alfredo Duran is a dynamic and highly accomplished executive with over 30 years of experience at leading high-tech companies, including Accenture, PeopleSoft, Portal Software, and Oracle. He has a proven track record of driving exceptional growth and profitability in both startup and established environments, consistently exceeding sales and growth targets.

As a founding leadership member of PeopleSoft Latin America, Alfredo played a pivotal role in scaling the business from its inception to $500 million in revenue over nine years. He also held key leadership positions at Oracle, where he helped grow the Oracle Communications business from $100 million to $1 billion following the acquisition of Portal Software. For the last seven years of his tenure at Oracle, he led global sales and go-to-market activities for the business unit.

Alfredo’s expertise spans building world-class teams, maximizing sales productivity, and delivering consultative, solution-based selling across global markets. With deep experience in M&A, strategic leadership, and cross-functional management, he brings a visionary approach to business transformation and is adept at steering organizations toward sustainable success.

Safiul Karim Gazi

Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Gulf Marine Pte Ltd, Safiul is part of a team that has delivered an exceptional growth story by always finding solutions for the customer in complex, volatile and uncertain situations.

Safiul’s ability to leverage technology for growth has been a defining feature throughout his career. Be it designing a predictive algorithm to deliver a supply chain with 99% reliability for the shipping industry or optimising the chassis of a fully electric commercial vehicle to deliver the best range. His tech-driven approach has led to sustainable and scalable growth across industries.

He spent ten years in the automotive industry, where he led technology, sales, marketing, and M&A teams and his next ten years in the shipping industry leading operations, supply chain, business development and innovation teams. Safiul has lived and worked in Bangalore, London, Prague, Hong Kong and Singapore. He loves paddling ocean canoes and dragon boats. He was crazy enough to paddle with his team in a dragon boat for 47kms around Hong Kong island. When not working or paddling he is learning how to sail, ski and not be bad at golf.

Janada Dunbar

Managing Consultant - Strategy and Finance

Janada is a senior finance professional with 15+ years’ experience in management consulting. She has deep expertise in business and finance transformation, as well as strategic performance management, and has successfully led cross-cultural transformation teams in Europe, the US and Africa. At the Weir Group, a global manufacturing company, she manages the team which provides assurance over the financial and operational controls of businesses in over 50 countries and uses data analytics to provide strategic business insights and manage risks.

Janada has also worked in 2 of the Big 4 accounting firms (PwC and Deloitte) where she acquired a vast knowledge in IFRS and US GAAP. She demonstrated this knowledge in designing an efficient Chart of Accounts for Lloyds Banking Group which facilitated adherence to regulatory reporting requirements (US SEC and UK FCA). She has also been involved in several SOX Readiness Assessment, SOX Implementation, and Financial Due Diligence projects. Janada is based out of London.

While with the award-winning finance and risk management advisory firm, Novo Altum, Janada undertook IPO Readiness Assessment projects. She was also responsible for the design of the Finance Shared Services Model for the FinTech company Finastra (then Misys) which included defining the optimum location strategy. Other industries where Janada has relevant experience include digital (AKQA, Appnovation) and retail (Tesco).

She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) with an MBA from Cranfield University.

Sanjai Shahi

Sanjay is an accomplished techno-commercial leader with over 20 years of experience in the diagnostics and healthcare industries. Specializing in Companion Diagnostics (CDx) and Precision Medicine, he has built an impressive career managing the end-to-end lifecycle of diagnostic products. His expertise covers everything from assay development to global commercialization, with a focus on enabling personalized and targeted treatments for patients through innovative diagnostic solutions. Sanjay’s career has been driven by a deep passion for healthcare innovation and his commitment to improving patient outcomes.

In his most recent role as Companion Diagnostics Strategist at QIAGEN, Sanjay successfully led the strategy and implementation of CDx products in support of various pharmaceutical partners’ therapeutic programs. He played a pivotal role in launching and managing a portfolio of oncology diagnostics for leading pharmaceutical companies such as Amgen, Novartis, Janssen, and Blueprint Medicines. His work on key oncology drugs like Sotorasib, Adagrasib, and Erdafitinib exemplifies his ability to bring cutting-edge diagnostic solutions to market.

Sanjay’s vast experience extends across multiple global markets, including the US, Canada, Europe, Japan, South Korea, China, and LATAM. His core competencies include market development, clinical validation, KOL management, and business development. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for his ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage high-impact projects, and expand CDx market presence globally, all while maintaining a keen focus on quality and innovation.

Srikanth Sastry

Srikanth has been building systems at scale for over 14 years. His journey is notably supported by a decade of academic research on distributed systems, significantly contributing to his expertise and enabling him to address complex challenges, especially in the intersection of Big Data and Privacy. His leadership roles include leading cross-organizational innovation and development in building infrastructure that was instrumental in Meta's compliance with multiple privacy commitments within its data lake/warehouse. His work is strongly motivated by the desire to honor user consent of their data use on planet-scale distributed systems for Big Data and AI.

Prior to Meta, Srikanth spent time at Google building infrastructure for its Flight Search and their traffic engineering platform, and before that, he spent nearly a decade in academia. His academic work at MIT and Texas A&M University focused on open problems in fault tolerant distributed systems, which provided a solid theoretical foundation that has been a cornerstone throughout his career.

Meyyappan Alagappan

Her work spans continents—from Europe and the UK to Asia, the Middle East, and North America—where she has positively impacted over 100,000 learners, educators, and institutional leaders. Jessica’s expertise lies in helping schools, NGOs, and businesses harness technology in meaningful ways, ensuring that digital transformation is always grounded in human values, pedagogical integrity, and global perspectives.

As the Founder of INTL Education CIC, Jessica has built a dynamic community that brings together families, teachers, and non-profits around social impact projects aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Vaibhav Chaudhary

Prof. Vaibhav Chaudhary, affectionately known as ‘Pepe,’ is a dedicated educator and visionary leader in the fields of education, data science, and entrepreneurship. With several years of teaching experience, Pepe’s journey began at the school level and evolved into a distinguished career as a university faculty member and mentor. He has served as a Visiting Faculty at NMIMS University, Mumbai, teaching both in-person and online since 2018. His teaching portfolio spans Asia, Europe, and the Americas, where he has trained Founders, CEOs, CTOs, Directors, and senior academics from renowned institutions like Columbia University, Rutgers University, and IIM Bangalore. Pepe has also guided senior executives from leading organizations such as JP Morgan, SAP, and Deloitte, and mentored students from various universities, focusing on designing impactful courses and nurturing talent.

As a data scientist and statistician with over 8 years of experience, Pepe has worked as the Lead for Big Data in the Andean Initiative at CGIAR and as Co-PI for the CCAFS project, contributing to the UN Sustainable Development Goals. His expertise lies in leveraging advanced statistical methodologies, artificial intelligence, and machine learning to address complex management and public policy challenges. Recognized as the youngest international researcher at CGIAR’s head office, Pepe has built strong global partnerships through projects funded by governments in Spain and France and esteemed foundations like the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

Pepe’s entrepreneurial ventures are equally impressive. While studying at India’s most entrepreneurial university, he managed operations for a startup and later expanded his impact through non-profits in Peru and startups in the Philippines and India. In 2023, he founded InnoTech Consultants (InnoCon), specializing in AI/ML and software solutions. His leadership also led a university to 10X its entrepreneurial ecosystem.
