inGen Dynamics Inc. is the brainchild of, Arshad Hisham and as the Founder of Ingen Dynamics he has already assembled a world-class team and has already received close to a US $157 Million commitment from institutional and strategic investors to build a category-defining company.

Arshad Hisham is an internationally recognized serial entrepreneur, CEO, Board Member, Advisor, Educator, Angel Investor, Engineer, and Inventor with degrees in Business, Engineering, and an MBA.He has built and scaled ventures in AI, Automation, Education, and Robotics, securing global media coverage, raising $157 million in investor commitments, and negotiating exits with billion-dollar corporations.

He was invited by the U.S. Secretary of Commerce and UK Secretary of State to the U.S. Presidential State Visit reception in London, and his ventures have been recognized by the UK Prime Minister’s Office (No.10 Downing Street). His ventures and products have been featured in Fortune, Forbes, MIT, IEEE, Discovery Channel, and Popular Science, showcased in science museums, academic textbooks, and highlighted in ASME.

Arshad has delivered keynotes at the IEEE Robotics Summit, BCG’s AI Summit, Walt Disney, TEDx, Robo-Business, 92Y’s City of Tomorrow, the Volvo Group (alongside NVIDIA), and AT&T’s Global Advisory Council, where he was among five speakers to brief the Global CEO. As a best-selling author, his works include Step into the Future: The 2035 Series and The Last Debate, and he contributed to AI Culture Shift, an Amazon U.S. Top 10 bestseller.

Between 2008 and 2015, he founded four startups in software, vehicle automation, point-of-sale systems, and online gaming. Since 2015, he has led InGen Dynamics, developing products such as Sentinel, Kaiser.Haus, and Origami AI. By 2025, the company built an $80M pipeline.

As an educator, Arshad designed an AI, Automation, and Robotics curriculum now taught globally, advised the Government of India (IAS/IPS/) on AI Ethics and Governance curricula, and serves on the University of Manchester’s steering committee initiatives. An Edison Awards Silver Medalist and invitee to the Cranfield 50, he also expanded Futurenauts Junkbots to 600+ schools across Europe and the Middle East.

He has served on advisory councils at California State and as an Edison Awards reviewer. As an angel investor and advisor, he supports SMEs, nonprofits, and startups in healthcare, cybersecurity, education, and finance across London, New York, Bangalore, and Dubai.

Through the AH Futurenauts Foundation, he promotes equality in underserved communities by providing technology training, education access, and free programs such as LaunchPad, Internships, Sisterhood, and AI for All, empowering children, young adults, organizations, and women returning to the workforce with essential skills in AI, robotics, and automation.
