Arshad Hisham
Founder & CEO

"This is more than just a business — it is a shared mission to utilise advanced AI and robotics to elevate human capabilities and improve living standards worldwide."

I founded InGen Dynamics at the intersection of artificial intelligence, robotics, and automation — assembling a product ecosystem of nine products including Sentinel, Aido, Fari, Senpai, Carry & Go, Origami AI, Quantum Leap, Kaiser.Haus, and Futurenauts. Together, our Sentinel and Kaiser.Haus systems have surpassed one million hours of field operations. We have secured $157 million in investment commitments — anchored by GEM’s $150 million — and built an $80 million revenue pipeline across the portfolio.

I have had the distinction of receiving a private invitation from the U.S. Secretary of Commerce and UK Secretary of State to the US Presidential State Visit reception at Lancaster House, London. Our ventures were recognised by the UK Prime Minister’s Office at No. 10 Downing Street for contributions to advancing UK innovation in AI, automation, education, and robotics. I have delivered keynotes at Walt Disney Imagineering, BCG’s AI Summit in Chicago, the IEEE Robotics Summit at Columbia University, the Volvo Group alongside the MD of NVIDIA, and AT&T’s Global Advisory Council — as one of only five speakers invited to present to the AT&T Global CEO.

Futurenauts, our education platform, now equips learners from high school to corporate level across 600+ institutions worldwide. Every product we build makes the next one smarter. Every market we enter deepens our platform. This is not merely a commercial objective — it is the reason InGen Dynamics exists.

About InGen Dynamics

We Bring
Intelligence
to Life

AI today can think. It can write. It can reason. But it cannot move through your hospital corridor, teach your child, patrol your campus, or care for your grandmother. We are building the bridge between digital intelligence and the physical world — across robots, cities, and people.

The Origin Story

It Started with a
Simple Question

What if the same intelligence powering your search engine could walk into a hospital ward, greet a lonely grandparent, or teach a child in a village without a single teacher?

In 2015, Arshad Hisham — an engineer, educator, and serial entrepreneur — founded InGen Dynamics in Santa Clara, California, with a conviction that felt almost audacious: AI should not live only in the cloud. It should move, learn, and serve in the real world.

What began as a single prototype on a workbench has grown into a nine-product AI and robotics ecosystem, recognised by governments, featured in the world’s most prestigious media, and deployed across three continents. Over one million hours of real-world AI operations have been logged. More than 600 academic institutions have been reached through InGen’s education programmes.

“We don’t build robots for the sake of technology. We build them because someone’s grandmother deserves dignity in her final years, and someone’s child deserves a future they can see.”

— Arshad Hisham, Founder & CEO

InGen Product Ecosystem

THE INGEN PRODUCT ECOSYSTEM — FROM TABLETOP TO HUMANOID

The Problem We Solve

AI Is Trapped in the Cloud

The physical world runs on people, sensors, and machines — not cloud APIs. Healthcare workers are burned out. Classrooms are overcrowded. Infrastructure is crumbling under labour shortages. And the elderly are increasingly alone.

🏥
Healthcare

Global nursing shortage projected to reach 13 million by 2030. AI-assisted care is no longer optional — it is essential for patient outcomes and staff wellbeing.

🎓
Education

250 million children worldwide lack access to quality education. AI-powered learning tools are designed to democratise knowledge regardless of geography or income.

🏗️
Infrastructure

Critical infrastructure inspection and security still rely heavily on manual patrols. Autonomous systems are intended to increase coverage while reducing risk to human workers.

👴
Eldercare

By 2050, the global population aged 60+ is expected to reach 2.1 billion. Companion robotics is being developed to help older adults live independently with dignity.

The Breakthrough

Origami AI — The
Application Layer
for the Physical World

Most AI companies build software. We build the bridge between software intelligence and physical action. Origami AI is our hardware-agnostic, edge-native, multimodal platform — a single intelligence layer that powers every product we make.

When Sentinel learns to detect a threat pattern in a parking lot, that knowledge transfers to Rover patrolling an agricultural field. When Senpai learns how a child responds to a maths lesson, that pedagogical understanding enriches Fari’s conversations with an elderly patient. Every deployment makes every product smarter.

This is the principle of “One Brain, Many Bodies” — shared intelligence that compounds with every interaction, every environment, every use case. It is what we believe will allow a small, focused company to compete at the frontier of embodied AI.

Forward-looking description reflects design intent. Product capabilities are in various stages of development.

Our Approach

Phased by Complexity,

What We Are Building Towards

A Future Where Technology
Serves the Greater Good

We envision a world where automation, driven by AI and robotics, transforms industries — making dangerous work optional, making education universally accessible, making healthcare available to the most vulnerable. Not a world where humans are replaced, but where humans are freed to do what only humans can: create, empathise, imagine, and lead.

The near-term market for healthcare, education, retail, hospitality, and security automation is estimated by third-party analysts at approximately $4 trillion. The longer-term addressable market for embodied AI — spanning manufacturing, agriculture, logistics, and infrastructure — is measured in the tens of trillions. We are in the early chapters of what may be the largest technological transformation in human history.

Market estimates from public third-party sources. Forward-looking statements reflect current expectations and are not guarantees of future results.

Education as Strategy

AI Trust Starts in
the Classroom

People don’t adopt what they don’t understand. That’s why we built Futurenauts — not as a side project, but as a core strategic pillar. It is our built-in trust and adoption engine.

From K–12 junkbots workshops that have reached 600+ academic institutions across Europe and the Middle East, to a full engineering degree curriculum now taught at leading global universities, to AI literacy programmes for corporate executives — Futurenauts is designed to create the customers, policymakers, and engineers of tomorrow.

Over 1 million hours of AI education have been delivered to date. Curriculum is aligned with UNICEF, ABET, and NEP 2020 standards. Partnerships span from Carnegie Mellon to Berkeley to the Government of India’s national civil service academy.

Our Mission, Culture & Values

The Principles That
Drive Everything

We didn’t start InGen Dynamics to build robots. We started it because we believe that AI and robotics can fundamentally improve how people live, learn, work, and age — and that this belief carries a moral obligation to act.

“Technology should serve the greater good. Every product we build, every line of code we write, every partnership we forge must answer one question: does this make someone’s life genuinely better?”

Our Purpose

Why We Exist

At InGen Dynamics, our purpose is to utilize advanced AI and robotics to elevate human capabilities and improve living standards worldwide. We believe in building a future where technology serves the greater good and enhances the lives of millions.

Our mission is to create robots and AI products that enhance people’s lives, eradicate unsafe jobs, and contribute to humanity’s betterment. We are driven by a moral obligation to ensure a positive impact on the future of humanity, and we see the development of technology as crucial to achieving this goal.

With our formidable suite of products — from Sentinel protecting infrastructure to Fari caring for the elderly, from Senpai educating children to Carry & Go automating logistics — we are committed to bringing useful and impactful products to market that solve real problems for real people.

Our Vision

Where We’re Going

Our vision is to be at the forefront of the AI and robotics revolution, shaping the course of history. We envision a world where automation, driven by AI and robotics, revolutionises various industries, making manual labor optional and increasing production.

By deploying our robots and AI products, equipped with advanced capabilities and powerful AI, we aim to eliminate the need for dangerous and unpleasant jobs, paving the way for a happier and more fulfilling life for future generations.

We strive to transform industries such as healthcare, education, retail, hospitality, and surveillance, addressing the growing need for automation and service robotics. Our goal is to create a future where technology empowers humanity and contributes to the betterment of society.

Our Culture

Five Pillars That Define
How We Build

At InGen Dynamics, we have a vision for the future where general-purpose robots and AI products eliminate dangerous and unpleasant jobs. Our culture is built around five non-negotiable principles.

🎯
Zero Corporate Bloat
We stay lean and agile, focusing on tasks and projects that contribute directly to our mission. Corporate bloat impedes innovation and demoralizes team members. Every role, every meeting, every initiative must justify its existence against our mission.
🤝
Zero Corporate Politics
Our transparent and collaborative culture values teamwork, innovation, and excellence over personal agendas or political gamesmanship. Ideas win on merit, not on who proposed them. We reward candor and punish politics.
Move Fast, Take Risks
We embrace experimentation, testing, and calculated risk-taking. We’re unafraid to explore the unknown, learn from our failures, and push boundaries. Speed of iteration is our competitive advantage.
🔧
Mission-Driven, Product-First
Our team of builders, designers, and engineers maintains unwavering focus on delivering secure, high-quality products while avoiding distractions. We ship. We iterate. We ship again.
🌅
Progressively Optimistic
Creating a brighter future demands perseverance, creativity, and resilience. We strive to maintain an optimistic outlook, even when confronted with formidable obstacles. Optimism is not naivety — it is strategy.
Our Values

What We Stand For

Beyond our five cultural pillars, three foundational commitments guide every decision we make — from product design to hiring to partnerships.

💡
Values-Led Innovation
The five pillars — zero bloat, zero politics, moving fast, product-first, and progressive optimism — are the foundation upon which we build our future. They are not aspirational. They are operational. Every product decision, every hiring choice, every partnership is filtered through these principles.
🌈
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
InGen Dynamics actively creates and promotes an inclusive environment of all people and their unique abilities, strengths, and differences. We promote diversity as a strategic and competitive business advantage. Our team spans 15 nationalities and 12 time zones. Different perspectives build better robots.
🌍
Sustainability
We will consistently base all our actions on sustainability principles to protect our planet and future. From energy-efficient edge computing in our robots to responsible sourcing in our supply chain, environmental consciousness is engineered into our process — not bolted on.

The Future We’re Building

What the World
Could Look Like

Once we succeed in our mission, the world will witness a transformation. Manual labor will become optional as robots equipped with advanced capabilities take over structured and repetitive tasks, allowing humans to focus on more creative and fulfilling endeavors.

Industries such as healthcare, education, retail, hospitality, and surveillance will experience a revolution, with AI and robotics enhancing productivity, improving outcomes, and addressing labour shortages. There will be an abundance of affordable goods and services, leading to potential wealth increases for everyone.

Our success will result in a future where technology serves the greater good, creating a safer, more efficient, and happier world for all.

Forward-looking vision. Actual outcomes depend on execution, market conditions, and other factors.
