"This is more than just a business — it is a shared mission to utilise advanced AI and robotics to elevate human capabilities and improve living standards worldwide."
I founded InGen Dynamics at the intersection of artificial intelligence, robotics, and automation — assembling a product ecosystem of nine products including Sentinel, Aido, Fari, Senpai, Carry & Go, Origami AI, Quantum Leap, Kaiser.Haus, and Futurenauts. Together, our Sentinel and Kaiser.Haus systems have surpassed one million hours of field operations. We have secured $157 million in investment commitments — anchored by GEM’s $150 million — and built an $80 million revenue pipeline across the portfolio.
I have had the distinction of receiving a private invitation from the U.S. Secretary of Commerce and UK Secretary of State to the US Presidential State Visit reception at Lancaster House, London. Our ventures were recognised by the UK Prime Minister’s Office at No. 10 Downing Street for contributions to advancing UK innovation in AI, automation, education, and robotics. I have delivered keynotes at Walt Disney Imagineering, BCG’s AI Summit in Chicago, the IEEE Robotics Summit at Columbia University, the Volvo Group alongside the MD of NVIDIA, and AT&T’s Global Advisory Council — as one of only five speakers invited to present to the AT&T Global CEO.
Futurenauts, our education platform, now equips learners from high school to corporate level across 600+ institutions worldwide. Every product we build makes the next one smarter. Every market we enter deepens our platform. This is not merely a commercial objective — it is the reason InGen Dynamics exists.

What if the same intelligence powering your search engine could walk into a hospital ward, greet a lonely grandparent, or teach a child in a village without a single teacher?
In 2015, Arshad Hisham — an engineer, educator, and serial entrepreneur — founded InGen Dynamics in Santa Clara, California, with a conviction that felt almost audacious: AI should not live only in the cloud. It should move, learn, and serve in the real world.
What began as a single prototype on a workbench has grown into a nine-product AI and robotics ecosystem, recognised by governments, featured in the world’s most prestigious media, and deployed across three continents. Over one million hours of real-world AI operations have been logged. More than 600 academic institutions have been reached through InGen’s education programmes.
“We don’t build robots for the sake of technology. We build them because someone’s grandmother deserves dignity in her final years, and someone’s child deserves a future they can see.”
— Arshad Hisham, Founder & CEO
THE INGEN PRODUCT ECOSYSTEM — FROM TABLETOP TO HUMANOID
Most AI companies build software. We build the bridge between software intelligence and physical action. Origami AI is our hardware-agnostic, edge-native, multimodal platform — a single intelligence layer that powers every product we make.
When Sentinel learns to detect a threat pattern in a parking lot, that knowledge transfers to Rover patrolling an agricultural field. When Senpai learns how a child responds to a maths lesson, that pedagogical understanding enriches Fari’s conversations with an elderly patient. Every deployment makes every product smarter.
This is the principle of “One Brain, Many Bodies” — shared intelligence that compounds with every interaction, every environment, every use case. It is what we believe will allow a small, focused company to compete at the frontier of embodied AI.
Forward-looking description reflects design intent. Product capabilities are in various stages of development.
We don’t try to solve everything at once. Our strategy sequences product development by complexity — proving the platform in simpler form factors before tackling harder engineering challenges.
InGen Dynamics and its founder have been recognised at the highest levels of government and industry, building the kind of institutional credibility that opens doors for real-world deployment.
We envision a world where automation, driven by AI and robotics, transforms industries — making dangerous work optional, making education universally accessible, making healthcare available to the most vulnerable. Not a world where humans are replaced, but where humans are freed to do what only humans can: create, empathise, imagine, and lead.
The near-term market for healthcare, education, retail, hospitality, and security automation is estimated by third-party analysts at approximately $4 trillion. The longer-term addressable market for embodied AI — spanning manufacturing, agriculture, logistics, and infrastructure — is measured in the tens of trillions. We are in the early chapters of what may be the largest technological transformation in human history.
Market estimates from public third-party sources. Forward-looking statements reflect current expectations and are not guarantees of future results.
People don’t adopt what they don’t understand. That’s why we built Futurenauts — not as a side project, but as a core strategic pillar. It is our built-in trust and adoption engine.
From K–12 junkbots workshops that have reached 600+ academic institutions across Europe and the Middle East, to a full engineering degree curriculum now taught at leading global universities, to AI literacy programmes for corporate executives — Futurenauts is designed to create the customers, policymakers, and engineers of tomorrow.
Over 1 million hours of AI education have been delivered to date. Curriculum is aligned with UNICEF, ABET, and NEP 2020 standards. Partnerships span from Carnegie Mellon to Berkeley to the Government of India’s national civil service academy.

Built on Origami AI — what we learn in one product benefits all. Phased by complexity, unified by architecture.
Our phased strategy sequences development by complexity — starting with proven products before tackling harder engineering challenges. At the heart of our roadmap is the Origami AI platform, which serves as the cornerstone of our AI architecture. This integrated system has been accumulating our knowledge and expertise since 2015 and guides our progress as we strive to create increasingly sophisticated products and robots.
The first stage involves integrating our Aido Units as the primary robot platform, equipped with various mobility add-ons to impact different sectors.
