When will I receive the SARs?

You will receive a notice of your SAR, including the legal document describing the terms of your SAR, in the coming weeks. The SAR itself is “uncertificated,” meaning the Company will keep a ledger of your SAR, including the date it was issued, the base (exercise) price, and how many shares are subject to it. This way, you will still be able to exercise your SAR even if you lose track of the original notice and documents.
